"I have done several remodels and I have never had such a wonderful experience before! Everything I needed to have done was addressed! Communication could not have been easier or better! From the moment I filed a claim with USAA the process started! Joe dispatched a crew to come get everything packed up and put in a mini storage container. Everyone was cheerful and polite and so very comforting amongst all the chaos of the damage! Donna was in her element, keeping track of what was damaged and getting all my antiques carefully packed or cleaned! Every detail was managed!! Melanie was a step ahead of every detail for the restoration! Not a minute was wasted. People were here every day, and every step flowed smoothly into the next.
