The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a non-profit governing body that develops industry guidelines and standards for complex services within the restoration industry. Among these guidelines is the S520 Standard, which outlines the proper methods and protocols for the remediation of microbial growth in both commercial and residential structures.

Bema Restoration is a certified IICRC Advanced Microbial Remediation Firm. Our administrative staff and technicians are fully certified and adhere to industry-approved methods for addressing potentially hazardous environmental conditions related to mold growth. We also identify and resolve the underlying causes of microbial contamination. We work closely with independent third-party environmental hygienists in our community to not only remediate the issue but also to provide independent, verifiable proof that proper remediation has been completed.
